The Work to be undertaken under the Contract involves but is not limited to:

Rehabilitation of (3) three existing viewpoint structures at two sites located within the City of Edmonton. Rehabilitation of these structures includes demolition of existing structures and foundations, installation of new helical pile foundations, reconstruction of the viewdeck structures including guardrails, and restoration of landscaping and hard surfacing adjacent to each structure.

The successful Bidder shall complete the Work not later than November 30, 2018
