INVITATION TO TENDER

East Central Alberta Catholic School Division invites interested Vendors to submit tenders for supplying one (1) new school bus unit, as per the list of specifications attached.
Specifications outlined are the minimum acceptable standard. All units must meet or exceed current Canadian D250-12 Standards.
Please Note:
•Provide optional pricing as per specifications and approximate delivery date.
•This invitation is extended to include pricing of available stock units.
•Costs per unit should include F.O.B.; one to be delivered to Wainwright and include all tire taxes, levies, environmental fees and delivery fees.
•Vendor to complete the "Specification Confirmation and Pricing Sheet " (Attached)
•The tender and all forms /sheets must show the name of the firm and must be signed by a person duly authorized to sign on behalf of the bidder. The name and title of that authorized person so signing must be clearly printed or typed under that signature.
•Closing date September 20, 2018 at 8:30 am. Pricing must be firm for a period no less than 45 days.
•Delivery as soon as possible. Please indicate expected data of delivery with Pricing.
