Description

The intent of these Terms of Reference (TOR) is to invite proposals and retain engineering services for the completion of the planning, design and construction for the tie-in to the CLRUSC (Cold Lake Regional Utility Service Commission) regional water line, including supply line, pumphouse, connection to existing distribution and related systems. Cold Lake First Nations (COLD LAKE FIRST NATIONS) will enter into a contract agreement with the Consultant on this project.
