Description

The Province requires the year-round services of a contractor for daily maintenance and grounds keeping services of the outdoor public areas, trails, pathways and parking lots at Kananaskis Village. Services include: snow removal and hazard mitigation, grass cutting, garbage removal, trails maintenance, landscaping, sign maintenance, site furnishing maintenance, toilet cleaning, and other daily maintenance tasks as outlined in the Request for Proposals,

Objective 1
Ensuring safety of guest, visitors, third parties and staff that use the common areas at Kananaskis Village

Objective 2
Ensuring the common areas of the Village are maintained to high standard meeting or exceeding the expectations of a world class destination resort.

Objective 3
Ensuring that the Village remains publicly accessible and available for the use
