HLD-2018-011-A - Diamond Spring Lodge - Upgrade Nurse Call System - Door Access - Security

Homeland Housing wants to improve the safety and security of this building for the residents and the staff due to its minimal staffing in the evening, night and weekends. In order to accomplish this an emergency response system along with security cameras is to be installed. In addition, door intercom, door security/monitoring and door access (Fob) will be included to this system. This system will be able to take information from multiple inputs and convert it into messages/actions.

Homeland Housing has established a standardized program to ensure all facilities are similar in equipment, material and appearance with some variances that allow individual differences. Equipment, material (flooring, paint, etc) and security has been set up for a standardized program and this Emergency Nurse Call System – Door Access / Security upgrade project is part of this standardize program. Homeland Housing is highly recommending all interested bidders to provide a bid on the following equipment as our Executive Team of Homeland Housing prefers and wishes to have all facilities installed with this equipment. Alternative product/equipment may be suggested by the bidder as long as all specifications, information and shop drawings are submitted for review. Any alternate equipment will be reviewed but not necessary considered. Alternate equipment must meet or exceed the equipment specified in the bid documents.
