Description

The Calgary Catholic School District would like to invite all qualified vendors to bid on this Flooring Replacement opportunity. The intent of the Tender call is to obtain an offer to perform work to remove the existing flooring and replace the areas as indicated in the attached documents with new flooring as per the enclosed contract documents at the various schools as listed in the scope of work.

If your company is interested in submitting a
Tender please complete one copy of this Tender in its entirety, in compliance with the conditions of Tender and be sure that it is delivered into the hands of the Construction & Maintenance Department Receptionist on or before the time of 2:00 P.M., Thursday, April
18, 2019. Any tender received after the time indicated above will not be considered.

Ensure Bid envelope is date stamped and initialed by the 10th floor to confirm receipt.

Offers submitted after the above time will be returned to the Bidder unopened.

Bids will be opened publicly immediately after the time for receipt of tenders.

Offers signed under seal, executed, and dated, will be received by the Calgary Roman Catholic School District No.1, located at:
Construction & Maintenance Department
