All interested Contractors must supply the following information:

1. Qualifications and experience cleaning school facilities, of similar size.
2. Name, address, and phone number of references. References should be previous School Boards for which similar service were performed.
3. All contractors must have an active account with Workers' Compensation Board including coverage for their workers and personal coverage.
4. Submit Single Clearance Request from Workers' Compensation Board, emailed directly to maintenance@nlsd.ab.ca

Bonnyville Outreach - 586 sq. meters
Duclos School - 5,500 sq. meters
Division Office - 795 sq. meters

Cold Lake Schools:
Cold Lake Elementary - 5,164 sq. meters
Cold Lake Middle School - 6,895 sq. meters
Cold Lake Outreach - 178 sq. meters
Nelson Heights School - 4,627 sq. meter

Lac La Biche Schools:
Aurora Middle School - 6,397 sq. meters
Caslan School - 2,464 sq. meters
Crossroads Outreach
Ecole Plamondon - 4,715 sq. metes
J.A. Williams High School - 6,109 sq. meters
Journeys Learning Academy
Kikino School 2,229 sq. meters

Only those contractors that meet the necessary qualifications will be invited to bid
