Description

Work of the Project, of which Work of this Contract is a part, comprises the following:

Installation of the two (2) boiler system in the mechanical room /w all required pumps and piping required for the completion of this project. All electrical construction work will be carried by the Mechanical Contractor. All demolition work is included in this contract. All abatement if any work will be by Owner.

Work of the Project is being carried out utilizing multiple contracts. Work of these separate contracts may be performed simultaneously or sequentially.
