19-1651 - 19-1651 FURNITURE MOVING AND ASSEST MANAGEMENT SERVICES (CHURN MANAGEMENT)

This RFP is for Churn Management, coordinating move, add, changes, panel reconfigurations, project installations, inventory management, asset management, furniture inventories and warehousing.

The delivery model and implementation strategy will include but not limited to the maintenance of processes required for Churn Management move, add, changes; project installations; inventory management; asset management and warehousing.

The Deliverables are included the following:
• Churn Management move, add, changes
• Project installations
• Inventory management
• Asset management
• Furniture Warehouse
• Project Coordinator & Furniture Supporter
• Boxes and packing supplies
• File Carts and Plastic Bins

The City intends to enter in to one (1) Agreement for the provision of the Deliverables. The Agreement will be for a Term of one (1) year.

The Agreement may be renewed as follows:

The Agreement may be renewed, one (1) time for one (1) Year then renewed four (4) times for two (2) years, for a total of ten (10) Years.

The Agreement will not include a POC.

This procurement process is not intended to create and will not create a formal legally binding bidding process and will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.
