Jasper Staff Housing Project Jasper, Alberta

Requirement: Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), on behalf of Parks Canada Agency (PCA) is seeking tenders for the provision of all materials, equipment, labour and supervision for the demolition of the existing bungalow and constructing

a residential housing building in its place, located at 902 Patricia Street, Jasper, Alberta. Construction is to be a 2 storey 160 m² 5-plex with gross floor area 475 m².

Drawings and Specifications are now available for viewing and downloading in the Portable Document Format (PDF) or in a standard paper version. Tenderers should note that Attachment 1 (ATT 1) contains the Drawings and Specifications Packages (DSP) which consist of PDF files organized in an industry recognized directory structure

NOTICE OPTIONAL SITE VISIT There will be a site visit on November 27, 2019 at 1:00 PM. Interested bidders are to meet at the Old Jasper Firehall.

The old Firehall is located at the corner of Patricia Street and Elm Ave and is also located due west of the Jasper Visitors Centre.
