Description

The Town of Canmore is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to select a qualified solar vendor (the “Proponent”) to design, install, supply and commission a solar photovoltaic (PV) system to be installed on the roof of the existing Waste Management Centre (WMC), and/or on roof of the yet to be constructed two bay expansion to the WMC. The Town of Canmore reserves the right to modify the terms or cancel the RFP process at any time.

An information session will be held on Monday, December 9 2019 at 2:00pm at the WMC. This meeting is mandatory. The meeting point will be at the main gate entrance to the WMC. Please note the entrance is gated and locked. All interested proponents must be in attendance by 10am sharp or will not be able to gain access to the site. Note that Personal Protective Equipment is required to be worn, including hi-visibility vest, CSA approved steel toed boots, and CSA approved hard hat and protective eyewear. Any interested proponent not wearing PPE will not be allowed to enter the site. Please confirm your attendance by emailing Stephen Monahan
