Description

The Municipality is referring to this project as the Highway 3 Interim Improvements which includes installing two new traffic signals, a continuous two-way left turn lane and a new sidewalk at various locations along Highway 3.

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is for interested professional engineering firms to prepare and submit a formal response to this request in accordance with the requirements outlined within. Submitted information will be reviewed by the Municipality and evaluated to select an engineering firm to undertake the design, tender administration and construction administration for the Highway 3 Interim Improvements as outlined in Appendix A.
