Description

Notice is hereby given by the University of Victoria (UVic) on behalf of Ocean Networks Canada (ONC) of its intent to direct award a contract to CODAR Ocean Sensors Ltd to provide the required Radar Equipment.

In the event that no other potential suppliers come forward with a Statement of Capabilities meeting the requirements outlined in this NOI before the Closing Date/Time, the contract may be direct awarded to the pre-selected supplier.
