The RFP is to select a consultant who will create a communication program for CCHC that, although not limited to, addresses the following:

 Brand refresh including the updating of CCHC’s website
 Create social media platforms and presence
 Develop and apply a social media policy for ongoing engagement and swift correction of misinformation on social media
 Rename the Perpetually Affordable Housing Program to move away from the term “affordable"
 Address community misperceptions related to CCHC/PAH programs and administration operations/funding model
 Creates tactics to increase the community’s awareness of CCHC’s program

The Communication Strategy should be completed by May 30, 2020 and presented to the board thereafter.
