AMENDMENT #1 - RESPONSE TO INQUIRIES
INVITATION
Workplace Health Safety and Compensation Commission of New Brunswick (WorkSafeNB), a commission established under the Workplace, Health, Safety and Compensation Commission Act and Workers' Compensation Appeals Tribunal Act, is seeking proposal submissions from interested proponents qualified to perform fire preventative maintenance services. Fire preventative maintenance services will include inspection, testing and maintenance services of fire extinguishers, fire suppression systems, fire alarm
detection systems, fire rated doors and emergency exit doors.
WorkSafeNB intends to institute one consolidated agreement for all WorkSafeNB offices; thereby standardizing fire preventative maintenance services across each WorkSafeNB office location.

All responses to inquiries will be made available to all proponents before the inquiry closing date no later than 3 p.m. / 15:00 hrs AST, Wednesday, January 29th, 2020, through the issuance of an amendment/addendum on NBON (New Brunswick Opportunities Network).
RFP SUBMISSIONS
Sealed RFP submissions for WHS-2019-HR-01, Fire Preventative Maintenance Services will be received by WorkSafeNB before 1:00 p.m. / 13:00 hrs AST, Wednesday, February 12, 2020, at the Saint John office of WorkSafeNB's Rehabilitation Centre.
Proposal submissions must be in a sealed opaque envelope and/or sealed courier envelope clearly marked with the proponent's name, mailing address, and tender initiative number and shall be addressed to the following:
