Description

The City of Calgary (The City), on behalf of The Calgary Police Service (CPS) Alarm Bylaw Unit (ABU) requires an off the shelf software solution to manage day-to-day functions. The CPS Alarm Bylaw business unit answers general inquiries regarding the requirements of The City of Calgary Alarm Services Bylaw 31M95. (Appendix K â€“ Schedule 1)

The ABU also manages permit applications, annual renewals and Bylaw compliance, such as False Alarm Penalty (FAP), permit suspension and creation of temporary alarm permit, for residential and non-residential alarmed premises within the Calgary city limits.

Approved budget is $225,000.00 CAD for the initial purchase, implementation and first three (3) year term of support and maintenance.

The City will not consider revenue sharing models.
