PHSA 03169 - ERP Implementation Services - Payroll & ERB Operations

Notice is hereby given that Provincial Health Services Authority ("PHSA") intends to directly award a contract to the following supplier to provide specialized expertise and knowledge regarding key Payroll & Employee, Records and Benefits (ERB) operations to PHSA for an estimated value of $90,000 for a period of up to one (1) year.

In accordance with applicable trade agreements, PHSA has chosen not to proceed with a competitive process for the following reason:
· Services can be supplied only by the selected supplier and no alternative or substitute exists for the following reason:
o due to an absence of competition for technical reasons
This supplier possesses highly specialized expertise with respect to PHSA's current Payroll and ERB operations. This knowledge is critical to understanding the impact PHSA's new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system will have on these business processes and is thus necessary for successful implementation of the solution.

Vendors who wish to challenge this decision should submit a detailed written objection for the attention of Ankit Jain, by email.  PHSA will review any and all issues received by this date and provide due consideration to each objection.
