Description

Notice is hereby given that BC Hydro will be inviting tenders on the purchase of the materials and equipment listed below:

Location: 12345-88th Ave. Surrey, BC

Scrap materials in separate commodity groups including:

Item 1 - scrap lead covered cable
Item 2 - scrap electrical equipment
Item 3 - scrap distribution transformers - <2 ppm PCB

Contract is from 1 April 2020 - 31 March 2022 with option for two one-year extensions.

· Contractor will supply flat deck trucks/trailers, which will be required to pick up reels
of lead covered cable, pallets of transformers and scrap electrical equipment.
· Items may contain residual oil
· All equipment and materials are less than 2 ppm PCB

Mandatory Viewing:
· Mandatory viewing to take place on February 24, 25, 26, 27 from 9:00 AM - 2:00
PM. Request for Tender document packages will be provided to contractors at the
viewing.
· 12345-88th Ave. Surrey, BC
· Customers MUST wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) during viewing.
