Description

The purpose of this Request for Proposal ("RFP") is to select one (1) qualified Proponent to enter into Contract (Appendix A) with the B.C. Pavilion Corporation ("PavCo") to upgrade the existing graphics systems at BC Place Stadium by replacing the graphics server and back-up server (Clickeffects Blaze servers) for the fascia boards and the graphics server and back-up server (Crossfire servers) for the centre-hung video boards. The Contractor is responsible for providing all materials, equipment, labour, and services necessary to supply, deliver, fabricate, assemble, install, commission, adjust, and align the graphics systems and related wiring. Provide a 72-month Extended Service Plan for all elements of the System.

In accordance with RFP section 4.1, Proponents must attend one of the following events, in order for your proposal to be considered:

1. Proponents' Meeting; or
2. Optional Site Visit.
