Description

The Ministry of Health is seeking to secure a Program Administrator to support the delivery of the Healthy Smiles Ontario (HSO) program. HSO is a publicly-funded dental program that provides dental services for children and youth from low-income households. HSO program eligibility includes Ontario residents 17 years and younger who meet the low-income threshold (i.e., at or below 90% of the maximum Ontario Child Benefit) and/or are recipients of social assistance. The program Transition-In date is August 15, 2020.
Scope of Work
The Successful Bidder i.e. Program Administrator will provide specific services including but not limited to:

1) One-time Transition-In activities to ensure full deployment for August 15, 2020
2) Steady State services including, but not limited to:

Client registration;
Claims management and payment; and
Data and reports to government
