A Mandatory Site Visit will be held on March 9, 2020 at 10:30 a.m. at the Wabamun Sports Complex located at 4820 52 Ave, Wabamun, Alberta T0E 2K0. Respondent’s interested in submitting a quotation in response to this RFQ must attend this meeting and are to email the County Contact in advance notifying of their interest in attending. All respondents will be required to officially sign-in and provide their contact information upon arrival. Respondents should check for addenda regularly for changes due to unforeseen circumstances or weather. Respondents are required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) on site, this will include a hard hat, steel-toe boots and a high visibility vest. Additional PPE will be at discretion of Respondents.
