Description

The WCB has a requirement to replace its existing Cisco MediaSense call recording software that is approaching “end of life” support. The objective of this RFP is to replace the existing call recording software with a new solution that aligns with the features and capabilities outlined in the Requirements detailed within this RFP. Additionally the WCB is interested in a scalable solution in terms of size and version upgrades with Cisco compatibility. Also, the WCB has a strong desire to review additional features that a new solution may offer. It is imperative that the replacement software is compatible with the WCB’s current telephony system – Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (version 11.6).
