Description

Travel Alberta requires the storage of display and collateral assets in Calgary, Alberta, including pull, pack and distribution services. An online real-time solution is required for requesting and tracking inventory.

The Contractor is expected to provide the following services:
• Provide approximately 1,000 – 1500 square feet of secure storage space for display and collateral storage
• Organize display inventory and coding
• Provide online tracking system that manages display requests, withdraws, usage and whereabouts in real-time
• Ship and receive displays as requested by Travel Alberta, including providing quotes for shipping options
• Provide packing materials, arrange waybills and other custom shipping paperwork as required
• Inspect displays upon return
• Minor refurbishment of displays as needed
• Coordinate the outsourcing of major repairs as needed
• Provide service on a year-round basis, including rush requests
• Obtain pre-approval from Travel Alberta for costs outside the scope of the contract
