PHSA 03228 - Thermablate EAS Supplies Idoman Canada

Notice is hereby given that Provincial Health Services Authority ("PHSA"), on its own behalf, and as an agent for each of Fraser Health Authority, Interior Health Authority, Northern Health Authority, Vancouver Coastal Health Authority and Vancouver Island Health Authority (the "Health Authority(s)"), intends to directly award a non-volume committed Contract to the following supplier to provide Thermablate Endometrial Ablation Supplies (EAS) and Consumables for Health Authorities for a term of one (1) year and one (1) extension year and at an estimated value of $95,660 annually.

PHSA has chosen not to proceed with a competitive process for the following reason
· to ensure the continued supply of these essential products to the Health Authorities with stable pricing, we will direct award the above non-volume committed contract until PHSA completes an upcoming competitive process for future contracts
Vendors who wish to challenge this decision should submit a detailed written objection for the attention of Denys Kuznyetsov, Buyer ASI Surgical by email before 2:00pm Pacific Time, March 27, 2020.
