Description

Red Deer Public School District #104 is requesting bids for the Eastview Middle
School 2020 Roofing Program.
.2 Refer to the Bid Documents by Dalwing Roof Consulting Ltd, Project No.20-0020.
.3 The successful Proponent will give all the notices and obtain all the licenses and
permits required to perform the work and must comply with all the laws applicable
to the work or the performance of the contract.
.4 The successful Proponent will comply with the provisions of the Workers
Compensation Act, and, upon request, deliver to RDPSD a certificate from the
Workers Compensation Board showing that the Proponent is registered and in good
standing with the Board if the Workers Compensation Act applies.
.5 Upon request, the successful Proponent will obtain and submit all Criminal Record
Checks, Vulnerable Sector Checks and a Child Intervention Checks for any
employees that will have access to the facility when school is in session. The cost of
such checks would be chargeable disbursements and are not to be included in the
Bid Price.
.6 Proponents are required to comply with Red Deer Public School District #104
Policy and Procedures, as amended from time to time. These policies can be found
on the district website: http://www.rdpsd.ab.ca/
.7 Mandatory submission/format requirements can be found in Section 5 of this
RFP.
