Description:
Sole source is proposed to Spendmap, the service and product provider, for Agriculture Financial Services Corporation for providing a procurement application with the basic functions of the procurement cycle.
The application is currently compatible with our existing financial system. We are not prepared to engage with another vendor at this time not only due to the technology compatibility but also we have limited capacity and funding during this financial climate.
The Contract will commence upon execution and will be reviewed in March 2022 as well as annually unless terminated earlier. The engagement may be extended through a competitive bid (NPP) based on our corporation strategy and business requirements.
The estimated total purchases during the Contract are approximately $21,000 per year. These costs are not limited to products that require technical compatibility and integration with existing product investment.
During the Contract, AFSC:
a) may purchase more Goods or Services than the estimated value, or
b) may purchase less Goods or Services than the estimated value, and
c) is not obligated to purchase any Goods or Services.

All questions relative to this notice must be directed to the AFSC Buyer via email to RFP@afsc.ca at or before April 6, 2020.
This procurement is subject to Chapter 5 (Procurement) of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and Article 14: Procurement of the New West Partnership Trade Agreement (NWPTA).
