Description:

Sole source is proposed to Appeon Inc., for the renewal of PowerBuilder software licenses.
AFSC’s In House custom built applications are using the Appeon PowerBuilder 17.x. As we are supporting the production applications, AFSC needs to keep vendor support for troubleshooting any major issues if there are any in the future.
The Goods or Services are specific to compatibility with existing investment and dependencies to and from other technologies and AFSC applications. PowerBuilder will be used until such time as AFSC’s business needs change.
The estimated cost of the renewal for a 3-year term is $8,340 USD.
During the Contract, AFSC:
a) may purchase more Goods or Services than the estimated value, or
b) may purchase less Goods or Services than the estimated value, and
c) is not obligated to purchase any Goods or Services.
