120 - Combination Sewer Cleaning Truck

The City of Lacombe is requesting the supply and delivery of one (1) NEW 2020 Tandem Axle Combination Sewer Cleaning unit for use by the City of Lacombe Utilities Department. Proposal will consist of, but not limited to the following: • Complete price for supply and delivery of the unit that meets all criteria specified in Schedule A. • Optional trade-in value for consideration on the City’s current 2008 Vactor Combination Sewer Cleaning Unit with approximately 57,690 km and 7,420 hrs at the time of RFP preparation (see Schedule C pics). • All Proponents submitting a proposal must provide the City of Lacombe with the opportunity to inspect, demo, and evaluate a comparable unit (i.e. one that is as close as reasonably practicable to the one that is being spec’d for this proposal). Minor deviations may be acceptable, however, one that is substantially different from the proposed unit will be scored accordingly by the City’s evaluation team. Preference is for demo opportunities within the City of Lacombe. If that is not possible, then please state the nearest location and availability for the demo opportunity.
