Description

This RFP is open to all interested vendors.
The City of Calgary (The City) requires a qualified firm to provide scheduled and unscheduled services, testing and inspections to maintain The City’s Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) Equipment. This includes, but is not limited to labor, equipment and materials to perform services.
Other business units within The City, may utilize this contract, on an as if and when required basis.
This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.
The Agreement will be for an initial Term of one (1) year. The Agreement may be renewed, for three (3) additional two (2) year terms, not to exceed a maximum of seven (7) years.
