Description

1. This RFP is open to all interested vendors.
2. The City has an ongoing requirement for various rollers by schedule and configuration for use in operations that vary among City departments, therefore purchases of other types, configurations, and weights of rollers may result from this proposal.
3. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.
4. The City intends to enter into up to three (3) Agreements for the provision of the Deliverables.
The Agreements will be for a term of two (2) years. The Agreements may be renewed for two (2) additional two (2) year terms, not to exceed a maximum of six (6) years.
