Description

Due to COVID-19, all tender openings will be conducted in private in order to ensure compliance to the social distancing measures the provincial health authority has implemented. The successful contractor will be required to confirm that they have an Infection Prevention and Control Plan in place that complies with and adheres to the Guidelines for Silviculture Worker Camps During the COVID-19 Pandemic.

Sealed tenders for BR21TBS002 manual brushing for 12 blocks on roughly 151 ha in the Chilliwack Natural Resource District will be received by the Timber Sales Manager, BC Timber Sales, Chinook Business Area, 46360 Airport Road, Chilliwack, BC V2P 1A5, up to 2:00pm (local time)on June 24, 2020, at which time tender submissions will be opened in private. Late submissions will not be accepted and will be returned to the bidder unopened.

Questions & Answers
All contract related questions must be submitted in writing ONLY by email. Deadline for receiving questions is 2:00 pm, June 17, 2020.
Tender submissions must be submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the tender package.

The lowest priced or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.

This solicitation is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement (NWPTA), the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT), the Agreement between the Government of Canada and the Government of the United States of America on Government Procurement (CUSPA), and the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (GPA).
