Description

The Corporation of the District of North Vancouver (the Owner) invites tenders for ITT.026.20, Caddy Road Flume Replacement.

The scope of the Works generally involves the following:

- Mobilization, demobilization, traffic management and quality management,
- Environmental management, tree protection and preservation, and arborist oversight while
trenching near trees,
- Installation, operation, maintenance, and removal of a temporary flow bypass,
- Removal and disposal of existing flume, including previous repairs,
- Supply and installation of new storm sewer pipes and fittings; leads, inspection chambers,
manholes, and catch basins,
- Modifying and tying into existing manholes and catch basins and leads,
- Sliplining existing road crossings and grouting annular spaces,
- Cleaning, flushing, CCTV inspection and testing;
- Removal and replacement of stairs and general site restoration and trail grading,
- Protection of private property fencing, retaining walls, vegetation, and trees,
- Site liaison with third party utilities, as required
