Due to the impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic, temporary measures are being taken on-site at the Québec Region Bid Receiving Unit to encourage social distancing. The health and safety of staff and suppliers remains our top priority.

Bidders are required to submit bids electronically using the Canada Post epost Connect application for the subject of the solicitation. This service allows bidders to submit bids electronically to PWGSC Bid Receiving Units. This online service enables the electronic transfer of large files up to Protected B level.

Faxed and hard copy (submitted in person or via mail/courier) bids will not be accepted for the subject Request for Standing Offers.

Request for Proposal (RFP) for tailor/seamstress Services

The request is to provide tailor / seamstress services in our buildings located in the clothing store of CFB Bagotville for the Canadian forces and the reserve units served by CFB Bagotville.

All the specifications are detailled in the request for proposal document.

Period of contract: From contract award date for 1 firm year and 2 option years.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

All enquiries and other communications regarding this RFP are to be directed only to the contracting authority, in writing, whose name is indicated in this RFP.

PWGSC provides procurement services to the public in both official languages.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
