NorQuest College and Covenant Care are working together, leveraging their complementary expertise, missions, and values, to seize on an opportunity to harness the power of public-private-partnerships with industry partners.
At its core, the Public Private Partnership (P3) model is a collaborative long-term procurement process. A process which merges the interests of public institutions with the ability of financial markets and industry leaders to deliver projects with cost certainty on fixed schedules and long-term support to ensure quality facilities over the life of the Partnership. The modern evolution of the P3 model is a true Joint Venture between public entities and the private sector to combine assets from both to establish a long term Partnership. In the case of the TRCCC, the Partnership would be developed between the private sector, NorQuest College and Covenant Care.
