Description

THE PURPOSE OF THIS RFP IS TO PROCURE THE SERVICES OF A QUALIFIED CONSULTANT TO LEAD THE DEVELOPMENT OF A FACILITIES MASTER PLAN FOR THE DISTRICT OF HOPE. THE FACILITIES MASTER PLAN IS TO BE A DOCUMENT TO GUIDE PLANNING DECISIONS REGARDING DISTRICT OWNED FACILITIES (buildings), INFORMED BY A COMBINATION OF THE CURRENT CONDITION OF FACILITIES, DISTRICT GROWTH EXPECTATIONS, AND RATIO-DRIVEN REQUIREMENTS (E.G. SQUARE FEET PER PERSON, NUMBER OF STAFF MEMBERS PER 1,000 POPULATION, ETC)
