Bid Call
.1 Offers, executed and dated, will be received by Nova Scotia Community College at the following location and time: Friday, July 31, 2020, 2:00 pm local time As designated by the wall clock at the Facilities Management reception desk.

.2 Offers submitted after that time will be returned to the bidders unopened.

.3 Submit the completed Bid Form and all required attachments marked as follows:
Nova Scotia Community College IT Campus D Wing Cladding Specific Tender Name (eg. Electrical)

The intent of this bid call is to obtain an offer to supply all the necessary labour, material and other services specified herein to perform and complete the work located at the IT Campus, 5685 Leeds St, Halifax, N.S.

A site meeting for a bidders’ visit will be held, but is not mandatory. The meeting will be held on Thursday, July 23, 2020 starting at 10.00AM and to start at the IT Campus site office (access off Robie St.) at 5685 Leeds St, Halifax, N.S. .1 Due to COVID provincial regulations, attendees must maintain 6 foot separation from each other and wear appropriate PPE. .2 NSCC will bear no responsibility or liability for inadequate PPE or best practices not being followed
