Description

The intent of this RFP is to solicit Proposals from firms qualified and interested to provide the Village of Glendon with civil engineering and construction management services. The Village of Glendon is need of the replacement of existing roads within the village as part of providing adequate roadway infrastructure for the use of its citizens and visitors.
The work undertaken by the Vendor will occur in two phases. The first phase will be the preliminary and detailed design and roadways approval. The second phase will include construction management.
The Owner expects Consulting and Advisory Services, Engineering Project Services, Conceptual Design Services, Preliminary Design Services, and Detailed Design Services, as outlined in the Engineering Agreement between the Client and Engineer, to occur in 2020. Construction Procurement Services, Construction Administration Services, Construction Contract Resident Services and Post Construction Engineering Services, as outlined in the Engineering Agreement between the Client and Engineer, may occur in 2020 and/or 2021.
