Description

The District of North Vancouver (the "District") invites detailed Proposals from qualified proponents for the supply and installation of pavement asset management and capital planning software. The District of North Vancouver is a municipality with about 334 km of paved roads, varying from local residential roads to larger arterial roads. This software shall provide improved analysis and data in supporting long term and short term budgeting as well as planning relating to the maintenance, rehabilitation, replacement and reconstruction of these assets.
