The project includes a complete building automation system renewal in the three (3) following buildings on campus: 1) Sir Douglas Hazen Hall 2) G. Forbes Elliot Athletics Centre 3) Thomas Condon Student Centre Work will include not only controls work, but electrical work for installation of new motors and equipment, ventilation work for installation of new variable air volume boxes and plumbing work for installation of new steam control valves. For further details refer to contract documents.
Sealed tenders will be received by the Owner until 2:00 pm (Local Time), August 12, 2020 at University of New Brunswick Saint John (UNBSJ), Facilities Management Department (FM), 100 Tucker Park Road, Saint John, NB via UNB's online platform, bonfire portal.

PRICING
The intent of this Tender Call is to establish a Lump Sum Price for the energy retrofit work at Hazen Hall, Athletics Centre and Student Centre on the UNBSJ Campus as per the contract drawings and specifications (see page 10 of Tender document).
MANDATORY SITE VISIT
A mandatory site visit is scheduled for Tuesday, August 4, 2020 at 10 AM starting at the Athletics Centre front door. Alternate or additional visits may be arranged by contacting the Project Manager prior to Friday, July 31, 2020 at 8 AM. Contractors are not to visit the site without contacting the Project Manager.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit in the form of a Bid Bond or Certified Cheque in the amount of 10% of the total tendered price must accompany your Tender submission.
