Description

This SOW is an open competition for Pre-Qualified Contractors who are in Good Standing under AMSA to provide Application Services in Tier 1 or higher, as further described in the AMSA PQR posted on APC (APC Reference # AB-2018-06210). The Province intends to enter into an SSA with a single legal entity for a period of 3 years. The Province anticipates the Term of the SSA will commence on November 30, 2020. The Province, in its sole discretion, will confirm the actual start and end dates for the Application Services and the Base Services when finalizing the SSA. The Province may extend the Term of the SSA, under the same terms and conditions including pricing, for up to an additional 3 years.
