Description

The Township of South Algonquin invites Tenders for the supply and construction of an Outdoor Privy constructed as detailed in the provided sketches. The lump sum prices shall include but is not limited to all of the following:
- Provide all required labour, material and equipment to construct the privy building and prescribed hardware on a precast tank suppled and installed by others.
- Secure and protect the sites during the construction process to ensure public safety.
- Maintain clear access to the dry-hydrant for fire protection.
- Minimize disturbance and damage to all existing landscaping and park features.
- Provide restoration of all landscaping or park features affected by the work to the satisfaction of the Works Superintendent and CBO/By-Law Enforcement Officer.
