Description

BC Infrastructure Benefits Inc. (BCIB) invites qualified proponents to submit their proposals for the performance of audit services with respect to the financial statements of BCIB. the scope of services required is further described below:

The audit of the Financial Statements of BCIB (the financial audit) must be conducted in accordance with Canadian Auditing Standards.

The audit report should express an opinion as to whether the financial statements are prepared, in all material respects, in accordance with Section 23.1 of the Budget Transparency and Accountability Act of the Province of British Columbia. Note that because this accounting framework is not in accordance with Canadian generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), there are additional reporting requirements to the Auditor General
