Description

ICBC is seeking proposals from qualified suppliers to provide printing and mailing services for the accurate, secure and timely delivery of the one-time Enhanced Care refund cheques and letters to an estimated 2.9 million customers in BC. ICBC anticipates the majority of services will be performed between May - July, 2021, with the remainder of services to be completed by August 2021.

The successful supplier will have relevant experience and capacity delivering services for projects of similar size and complexity, and a proven track record of success providing printing and mailing services, including but not limited to:

a) supplying materials which may consist of paper stock, cheque stock, and envelopes pre-printed with ICBC artwork;
b) developing and testing electronic forms for refund cheques and letters;
c) printing, packing (i.e., folding, inserting and sealing) and mailing refund letters with and without cheques, which may include marketing inserts; and
d) any other services relating to the above as as required by ICBC.
