Sealed tenders, clearly marked as to contents, for the construction of the above works which will consist of demolition and reconstruction of the decayed wharf including the installation of new steel sheet piling, new riprap slope protection, new precast concrete retaining wall as well as construction of new grass fore slope, gravel trail, gravel accessibility ramp, concrete staircase, electrical & lighting upgrades and all related work, will be received until 2:00pm, Tuesday, August 25th, 2020

A public opening of tenders will take place at the Town of Bouctouche offices immediately following the close of the tendering period. No award will be made at the tender opening. Tender procedures will be in accordance with the Crown Construction Act, Regulation 82-109 amended.
A bid bond in the amount of 10% of the total bid (including HST) minimum made payable to the Town of Bouctouche must accompany each tender.
The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
