Description

1) This RFQ is open to all interested Suppliers.
2) The City of Calgary (“The City”) requires a Supplier capable of providing powder coating services on an as required basis. When required, The City will approach the Supplier with technical drawings in order to obtain quotes for each project as well as materials when requested.
3) This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.
4) It is The City’s intention to enter into an Agreement with only one (1) legal entity. The term of the Agreement is to be for a period of one (1) year, with the option to renew for two (2) additional two (2) year terms, not to exceed a maximum of five (5) years. It is anticipated that the Agreement will be executed within 30 days from the date of notification of the selected respondent.
