Description

The Halifax Regional Municipality, Parking Services is inviting interested parties to submit bids to provide Winter Parking Ban Parking and Obstructing Snow Removal Enforcement Services on demand for a period of one (1) year, renewable annually subject to operational requirements for a maximum total duration of five (5) years. This is regulatory work in ensuring compliance with parking regulations during Winter Parking Bans and winter maintenance operations. The role of Parking Enforcement is to support the Traffic Authority and Police Services for the public’s safety and traffic flow requirements.
