The project scope shall include, but not be limited to, the following services: • Software installation and setup. • Data conversion • Template and application form development. • Web integration services (future) • Application Integration services (SAP) • Testing, including acceptance testing • Training for support staff, end users, and administrators • Associated vendor project management • Software maintenance and warranty services
