Description

Quotations for the 2020 - 2023 winter season are requested from interested contractors for the Quesnel and District Arts & Recreation Centre, 500 North Star Road.
Clearing of all snow in the parking lot, rear fire lane and sidewalks is to be completed prior to the facility opening hours (5 a.m. on weekdays and 8 a.m. on weekends wherever possible).
Quotations must include the following:

Contractor name and contact information
Total price an hour clearing per 4 inches of snowfall from entire parking lot, sidewalks and rear fire lanes using any type of equipment
Business license number and Work Safe BC number
Insurance coverage
List of equipment that will be used for snow removal

The City will consider price, in addition to availability, reliability, equipment, and material used in its evaluation of proposals.
Interested contractors are to submit their quotation by email or in writing to City of Quesnel, 410 Kinchant Street, Quesnel, BC, V2J 7J5 by 2 p.m., Friday, October 16, 2020.
