Work under this contract consists of the furnishing of all plant, labour, equipment, and materials for the Heating Plant Upgrade at the Atlantic Institute in Renous, NB. The work is to be completed in strict compliance with the plans and specifications as prepared for this project.

The Contractor shall complete the work by August 21, 2021.

The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following cost category: $1,500,001 to 2,000,000 (HST extra).

OPTIONAL SITE VISIT

There will be one optional site visits on October 21, 2020. Although not mandatory, all contractors wishing to submit a tender for this work are encouraged to attend to become familiar with all aspects of the work. Contractors interested in participating in the site visit are required to register with the Contracting Authority in advance by e-mail at sandra.lomax@pwgsc.gc.ca by no later than 4:00 pm on October 7, 2020. The Contracting Authority will assign a specific time slot.

Standard bid and contract security for construction is required.

Firms intending to submit tenders on this project should obtain tender documents through the Government Electronic Tendering System (GETS). Addenda, when issued, will be available on GETS.
