Description

The City of Calgary (The City) is seeking proposals for a cloud based (SaaS) solution for digital signatures for multiple types of documents. The solution will include subscription requirements, service, maintenance and support. The digital signature software solution must be a Cloud (SaaS) based software application that enables City staff to manage document distribution and enable both authorized City employees and others or counter parties to apply digital signatures to electronic documents. The solution needs to certify the origin of documents, document authenticity, as well as document integrity with security measures that protect electronic documents from unconfirmed alterations which would invalidate signatures if documents are modified.
The Agreement will be for an initial Term of one (1) year and may be renewed for up to a total of five (5) years.
The Agreement may include a PoC for up to 90 days.
